Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer Live Nation and venue backstage programs supporting local production and touring personnel
  • •Meet tours upon arrival, assign dressing rooms, and serve as the point of contact for hospitality needs
  • •Coordinate laundry/towels and maintain back-of-house cleanliness by checking dressing rooms and tidying throughout the day
  • •Partner with local backstage catering to ensure artist rider requirements and exceed culinary expectations
  • •Complete post-event service recap, analyze service reports, and collaborate with Artist Services and the venue GM on action plans for improvements

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of backstage/production/hospitality experience
  • •2-3+ years of work experience in a comparable role
  • •1-2+ years of leadership experience
  • •Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • •Ability to work in a hectic, loud environment and maintain composure with high-profile artists/guests
