Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on designing an IT SOX control environment suitable for an AI-first, highly automated organization
  • •Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, and DevOps to assess scalable and sustainable control design and implementation
  • •Assess new system implementations and changes, including evaluating automation and tooling opportunities for continuous monitoring
  • •Execute IT SOX testing across IT General Controls and IT Application Controls (access management, change management, computer operations)
  • •Coordinate annual IT assessments, own control documentation and audit-ready evidence, and work with external auditors on walkthroughs, testing schedules, and remediation tracking

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on IT audit or IT SOX compliance experience in a fast-paced technology environment
  • •Deep working knowledge of ITGCs, ITACs, and IT risk assessment methodologies
  • •Experience auditing highly automated DevOps environments (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated deployments) and adapting change-management and access controls
  • •Experience designing, testing, and documenting controls across access management, change management, and computer operations
  • •Ability to guide and direct internal team members and/or co-sourced partners while operating effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing workstreams
