IT Admin Specialist

Own Davidson campus lifecycle management for PC hardware by coordinating user communications for PC refresh schedules, tracking returns to Dell or donations, and performing factory resets. Conduct routine health checks on campus IT infrastructure, document status and findings, maintain accurate inventory counts and asset records, and send refresh/return/donation and infrastructure reports. Follow standard work procedures and contribute to process improvements while supporting timely, reliable IT operations.
