Senior Contracts Specialist responsible for the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, independently reviewing, redlining, and negotiating complex agreements (customer, reseller, vendor, subcontractor, and federal/SLED), serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, interpreting terms, coordinating with Professional Services to track obligations, and providing pragmatic guidance on contractual risk in a remote, US-based environment.
