Investment Banking Sr. Associate/Vice President | Secondary Advisory (GP)

Lead day-to-day execution of GP-led secondary transactions for single-asset and multi-asset continuation vehicles. Drive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and underwriting at both asset and fund level, and manage materials such as CIMs, term sheets, and LP election documentation. Coordinate buyer outreach, bid evaluation, syndication, and closing logistics while serving as a coverage point for sponsors and managing Associates/Analysts.
