Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage responses to RFQs and RFPs across multiple disciplines within Program Management.
  • •Lead and/or participate in proposal strategy development, planning, and application of win themes and discriminators.
  • •Develop proposal outlines and schedules and ensure compliance.
  • •Run proposal review meetings and manage revisions based on input from review teams.
  • •Gather materials from project teams, write/edit and coordinate proposal content, coordinate graphics, request subconsultant materials, and perform proposal QA/QC, including final layout in InDesign.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and support proposal/marketing activity in the AEC industry, or equivalent experience/education.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus desktop publishing software in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Hands-on capability with InDesign and related graphics tools including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop.
  • •Working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • •Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others, including strong verbal and written communication.
