Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build interactive learning modules (branching scenarios, quizzes, and simulations) and translate storyboards into animated, technical visuals and infographics.
  • •Edit and finalize video/audio training materials and create 2-D/3-D graphics, motion assets, and course visuals for websites, presentations, classrooms, and e-learning platforms.
  • •Write and edit scripts, voiceover text, captions, and on-screen callouts; maintain documentation; and evaluate existing content for clarity and engagement improvements.
  • •Package courses to SCORM/xAPI standards, publish to the LMS, and test for compatibility and learner tracking; apply accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508).
  • •Gather requirements with stakeholders, manage deadlines, work with minimal supervision, and mentor less experienced designers while supporting processes like video mastering, templates, and SCORM packaging.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of eLearning development, multimedia, or graphic/video design experience in a professional setting.
  • •Ability to write and maintain technical/course documentation, scripts, and captions for course and video deliverables.
  • •Familiarity with the full product delivery life cycle: requirements analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
  • •B.A./B.S. in graphic design, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or comparable experience.
  • •Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360 (or Adobe Captivate), plus Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia.
