Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, maintain, perform PMs, and repair automated and electrical controls throughout the shift to maximize equipment efficiency
  • •Test and troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery and coordinate with leadership to diagnose and repair issues
  • •Monitor operating equipment during processing and perform routine daily checks
  • •Perform PM, maintenance, and repair for HVAC units and maintain building, office, and grounds maintenance
  • •Identify improvement opportunities, communicate them to leadership, and participate in continuous improvement projects

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years industrial equipment maintenance experience and/or minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience
  • •Electrical skills to trace circuitry and read electrical schematics (24V, 110V, 240V, 480V)
  • •Experience with motor controls and VFDs; HVAC skills required
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLCs (preferred) and pneumatic air systems knowledge
  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; technical school preferred
