Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive performance management and service stability by monitoring queue health, throughput, ageing, SLA/turnaround, productivity, and rework drivers; identify bottlenecks and intervene with stakeholders.
  • •Serve as an escalation control point for offshore fraud operations, removing blockers and ensuring cases progress with appropriate prioritization.
  • •Support BAU process enhancement and procedure governance by drafting/updating procedures and working instructions for BAU changes for manager review/approval.
  • •Enhance fraud detection capability by producing actionable insights from MI and operational observations, highlighting control gaps and tracking adherence and effectiveness.
  • •Provide control checking and QC oversight by reviewing design and operating effectiveness of key controls, documenting observations, managing action logs, and coordinating coaching/refresher training to stabilize handling.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Risk, Statistics, Data/IT or related disciplines.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud operations, fraud/AML investigations, financial crime operations, or relevant audit/risk/control functions.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical capability to identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes and translate them into operational actions.
  • •Logical, structured, and detail-oriented with strong documentation disciplines (trackers, procedures, action logs).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience using pivot tables, charts, and data handling; Power Query, VBA, and MS Access are advantages.
