Drive KPI performance and data-driven product decisions for expansion across LATAM and MEA. •Develop and own KPI strategies for expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features.
•Identify opportunities to enhance team KPIs and continuously improve team metrics.
•Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches and support rollouts with forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation.
•Influence product decisions with robust, actionable data insights and present compelling data narratives.
•Construct and maintain data assets to diagnose issues and ensure they are accessible and effectively used by the team.
