Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage complex, multi-project programme schedules to support timely programme delivery.
  • •Lead the coordination and preparation of summary progress reports, highlighting critical issues, impacts, and mitigation measures.
  • •Provide oversight, assurance, and governance of schedule tracking and performance reporting.
  • •Review and enhance scheduling processes, driving continuous improvement in tools, methods, and performance standards.
  • •Lead the development and maintenance of an integrated, cross-functional master schedule incorporating third-party and interface inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience developing and managing schedules for technically complex, high-value infrastructure projects.
  • •Ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs and performance data streams into an integrated master schedule, and produce clear project and programme status reports.
  • •Experience in a comparable consultancy environment or directly with client and contractor organisations.
  • •Experience coordinating scheduling resources, recruitment, deployment, and capability development.
  • •Experience providing oversight, assurance, and governance of schedule tracking and performance reporting.
