Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain engaging, learner-centered training solutions that improve performance, consistency, and workforce readiness across the organization. Translate business and performance needs into blended learning experiences (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, job aids, and microlearning) and apply methodologies like ADDIE, Agile, and Bloom’s Taxonomy. Partner with SMEs and trainers, build materials with authoring/design tools, ensure quality standards, and maintain assets in LMS/LXP platforms while using feedback and data to continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop engaging, learner-centered training using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
•Translate organizational, operational, and performance needs into effective learning solutions.
•Create and maintain blended learning experiences, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, job aids, and microlearning.
•Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Agile, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to ensure learning effectiveness.
•Maintain learning assets in LMS/LXP platforms and use feedback and data to continuously improve learning effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 93,000 annually
