Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and evaluate financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to support long-term operational goals and growth plans.
  • •Prepare and present monthly budgeting reports (profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget, weekly cash flow) and provide recommendations based on results.
  • •Manage financial planning and analysis, supervising report creation and tools/software for budgeting and forecasting.
  • •Oversee accounting and general ledger activities, including revenue reconciliation, Oracle revenue GL reviews, customer master data updates, and month-end close.
  • •Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance, coordinate billing activities, support audits, and oversee preparation and timely filing of local, state, and federal tax returns.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • •Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • •Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to identify, analyze, and execute business initiatives using financial models and analyses.
  • •Knowledge of financial systems/software used for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger activities.
