Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate

Perform cosmetic inspections and final quality checks while executing standardized reconditioning processes for used vehicles. Repair surface defects using paint touch-ups, wet sanding, and buffing to restore vehicles to CarMax standards. Identify issues, choose appropriate repair methods, and support auction preparation and vehicle movement on and off the lot. Maintain compliance with CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.
