Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive AI product strategy to enhance underwriting, credit decisioning, and lending processes.
  • •Lead product discovery, including requirements gathering, use-case prioritisation, and business case development for AI initiatives.
  • •Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking as Product Owner in an agile environment.
  • •Collaborate with data science, engineering, and platform teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions and translate business requirements into specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or AI/data transformation roles.
  • •Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within AI, data, or digital transformation programmes.
  • •Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • •Experience delivering AI use cases in risk or lending domains (e.g., credit scoring, risk modelling, decision engines).
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and risk stakeholders.
