Job Summary

Help deliver Syarah’s end-to-end digital car buying experience by planning testing scope for each release, diagnosing recurring defects across products, and partnering with engineering and product to understand business requirements. Build and maintain automation scripts to support regression testing and new functionality across API, web, and mobile. Execute smoke, ad-hoc, system, and integration tests while writing automated UI/API tests using tools and frameworks such as Selenium and Appium.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to communicate problem impacts and understand business requirements.
•Apply software testing principles, verification/validation techniques, and defect management.
•Define the scope of testing for each release/delivery.
•Identify and analyze issues and recurring bugs/defects, recommending and facilitating solutions.
•Maintain automation scripts for new functionality and regression testing across API, mobile, and web.

Key Requirements

•Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
•Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues thoroughly during bug tracking.
•Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
•Conduct smoke, ad-hoc, system, and integration testing.
•Experience writing automated tests for API, mobile, and web; familiar with Postman/Soap UI/Katalon and Selenium/Appium.
