Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain enterprise-wide PM role standards, including role levels, competency expectations, and performance criteria.
  • •Provide meaningful input into PM hiring and leveling decisions across business lines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • •Mandate and drive adoption of shared product frameworks, tools, and processes across the PM community.
  • •Design and deliver a structured training and development curriculum for PMs at all levels.
  • •Build and run the Community of Practice (forums, knowledge sharing, peer learning, and cross-LOB collaboration) and serve as the internal authority for the discipline.
