Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements and schedule work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems on customer sites.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments.
  • •Use blueprints/engineering specifications, hand tools, and software/technology to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company assets; be flexible for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements
