Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program P&L, delivery governance, scope, budget, and risk management for assigned flagship transformation(s) and strategic accounts.
  • •Lead Salesforce project teams and run steering committees while managing executive customer relationships and CxO-level communications.
  • •Oversee delivery against contractual commitments, including change management and financial accountability for bid-versus-delivered margin.
  • •Use AI tooling and agentic delivery workflows to reduce manual overhead, accelerate insights, and improve program team productivity.
  • •Coach and uplift Professional Services team members, contributing to internal processes and methodologies to raise delivery quality across strategic accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience applying AI productivity tools, automation, or agentic workflows in a professional services or program delivery context.
  • •12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience with direct accountability for program execution across financials, risk, scope, and customer outcomes.
  • •Track record leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable business outcomes.
  • •5+ years leading large, cross-functional delivery teams across multiple geographies and workstreams, including direct and indirect team leadership (e.g., third-party system integrators).
  • •Proven ability to lead steering committees and executive-level customer relationships, including difficult data-driven discussions and decision-making under pressure.
