Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in executing the trading calendar, including promotions, campaigns and peak trading moments
  • •Support day-to-day monitoring of website performance, identifying issues and escalating where needed
  • •Help implement pricing, promotional and merchandising changes in collaboration with the Trading team
  • •Support stock awareness and flag potential risks such as low availability or overstock
  • •Update and maintain website content using CMS tools to ensure a premium, consistent customer experience

Key Requirements

  • •Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital or similar field
  • •First experience (internship or working student) in eCommerce, digital or online business
  • •Strong interest in eCommerce, trading and digital customer experience
  • •Detail-oriented with a structured and organized way of working
  • •Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
