Key Responsibilities

  • •Support special projects by understanding risks, recommending control improvements, and helping maintain well-managed environments.
  • •Assist Finance project management teams with scoping, planning, and execution of risk management activities for large initiatives.
  • •Facilitate Finance regulatory change management, including preparing Finance responses to new laws/regulations and overseeing Finance-owned regulatory mandates.
  • •Support investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation actions with partner teams.
  • •Create/update governance and process documentation and provide risk advisory support during audits/exams and 2nd/3rd line reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of risk management experience in Finance, Compliance, Audit, or a combination.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Services Industry.
  • •3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • •Experience with regulatory compliance assessment and mitigation, plus effective risk reporting/issue management.
