Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the attribution architecture by merging multi-touch attribution with media mix modeling for a unified view of performance and organic TOFU.
  • •Architect and maintain predictive LTV and churn models, and ensure predictive signals feed ad platforms and algorithmic bidding engines to improve efficiency.
  • •Partner with finance and marketing leadership to drive annual and quarterly planning, including macroeconomic forecasting for global budget allocation and ROI expectations.
  • •Establish global measurement standards for non-paid initiatives and optimize the end-to-end B2B funnel by identifying friction points and growth opportunities.
  • •Act as the marketing data integrity authority by partnering with Data Engineering and RevOps to design upstream infrastructure and maintain a single source of truth across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

Key Requirements

  • •Distinguished marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data science experience, including high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • •Expertise designing attribution frameworks (multi-touch, media mix modeling, unified measurement) for complex, non-linear enterprise journeys.
  • •Proven ability to quantify non-paid marketing and build measurement frameworks for brand health, organic ecosystems, and Share of Voice.
  • •Advanced data stack proficiency, including writing production-grade code, modeling with dbt, optimizing Snowflake, and scaling analytics with AI/automation.
