•Lead and inspire distributor partners to execute brand and portfolio strategies, driving topline growth and market share within the territory or channel.
•Align distributor teams to strategic priorities across the full portfolio and ensure consistent execution against defined goals.
•Oversee demand forecasting, pricing execution, and state-level financial performance including P&L accountability and budget management.
•Contribute to annual and long-range planning (AOP) by setting priorities, defining KPIs, and sharing market insights.
•Lead, coach, and develop Market Managers using OKRs and feedback, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,100 - 166,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
•8–10+ years of relevant experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the wine & spirits or consumer goods industry.
•Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
•Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and overcome obstacles with a results-driven mindset.
•Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
