Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end entry-into-service for strategic engine programs in a customer-centric aerospace environment. Manage governance, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing and strategy teams, and oversight of budgets and risks to ensure a world-class customer experience on-site in Longueuil, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Entry-into-Service program governance and drive activities with program teams and multiple aftermarket disciplines, including service centers, tooling, digital technologies, and warranty to deliver a world-class customer experience.
•Collaborate with engineering, marketing, business development and customer service SMEs to define, monitor, track, and influence deliverables for new engine programs.
•Manage program risks by identifying, evaluating, mitigating and reporting within the programs team.
•Manage EIS budget requirements and prepare business cases.
•Interface directly with partners, suppliers and customers, requiring tact and diplomacy, while driving innovation to improve product and service experiences.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 10 to 15 years of experience or Master’s degree with 7 to 10 years of experience in Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or Business
•Strong project management skills and business judgment with excellent people and communication abilities
•Good technical knowledge of engines and experience with maintenance, repair, and overhaul is preferred
•Ability to work directly with customers and manufacturers and to lead by influence across multiple multinational teams
•Proficiency with common software tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access) and willingness to travel occasionally
