Job Summary

Ensure TikTok Trust & Safety quality by carrying out end-to-end QA for Safety Model Operations projects. You’ll perform detailed reviews and RCA investigations to validate labeling accuracy, monitor performance against KPIs, audit outcomes daily, and escalate risks through defined processes. Partner with stakeholders via calibration sessions, work with the Policy POC on updates, and deliver performance reporting to SME and management while helping improve model and workflow performance over time.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct detailed reviews and complex RCA investigations to ensure labeling accuracy and consistency.
•Monitor quality performance and compliance against project KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and gaps in processes or guidelines.
•Facilitate calibration meetings with stakeholders and provide feedback to support accurate implementation and execution.
•Perform daily audits, analyze errors, escalate RCA outcomes through relevant processes, and compile performance data reports for SME and management.
•Support training and onboarding by designing/helping design training plans and materials, including queue moderation and knowledge quizzes as required.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in English and Thai to support the Thailand market.
•Ability to communicate clearly and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience with content moderation, content quality, content safety, labeling, or annotation is preferred.
•Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to make good decisions in complex situations.
•Comfort reporting to and collaborating with a broad range of cross-functional partners.
