Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct detailed reviews and complex RCA investigations to ensure labeling accuracy and consistency.
  • •Monitor quality performance and compliance against project KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and gaps in processes or guidelines.
  • •Facilitate calibration meetings with stakeholders and provide feedback to support accurate implementation and execution.
  • •Perform daily audits, analyze errors, escalate RCA outcomes through relevant processes, and compile performance data reports for SME and management.
  • •Support training and onboarding by designing/helping design training plans and materials, including queue moderation and knowledge quizzes as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in English and Thai to support the Thailand market.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience with content moderation, content quality, content safety, labeling, or annotation is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to make good decisions in complex situations.
  • •Comfort reporting to and collaborating with a broad range of cross-functional partners.
