Key Responsibilities

•Build real estate valuation/pricing models using supervised ML techniques and more advanced approaches.
•Create multimodal embeddings for real estate entities by combining images, text, and structured attributes to support search, matching, deduping, and recommendations.
•Use SQL/Python to extract, clean, and analyze data; design experiments and evaluate model-product impact with robust metrics.
•Operationalize models by shipping them to production with monitoring, automated rollout, and/or CI/CD in partnership with engineering.
•Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.

Key Requirements

•4–8 years in applied data science/ML delivering models that move real-world KPIs.
•Strong SQL and Python skills, including Pandas/NumPy/Scikit-learn for reliable data pipelines, training, and evaluation.
•Experience with MLOps fundamentals: deploying/maintaining batch or real-time models, versioning, CI/CD basics, observability, and reproducible training.
•Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, scoping, prioritizing, and explaining tradeoffs.
•Bachelor’s in STEM (Master’s a plus).
