Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle recruitment for all functional areas across multiple locations simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
  • •Partner with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic approaches for building candidate pipelines.
  • •Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience through timely communication, clear feedback, and professional conduct throughout the process.
  • •Leverage sourcing strategies and research labor market trends to identify and attract qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • •Use Workday/ATS systems to track candidates, provide recruitment updates and metrics to leadership, and maintain accurate records to meet regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Proficient in computer applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, urgency, initiative, and sound judgment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
