Key Responsibilities

•Own revenue outcomes across a portfolio by carrying monthly/quarterly expansion quotas and growing account spend.
•Identify, qualify, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase product adoption and monetised revenue.
•Use a structured outbound cadence (calls, video, and face-to-face meetings) to create commercial opportunities.
•Analyse account performance and platform usage data to identify growth signals and build targeted action plans.
•Retain partners by increasing value realised and addressing early churn risk through adoption, education, and commercial problem-solving.

Key Requirements

•1 to 2 years of experience in outbound business development and/or quota-carrying account management or sales.

•Strong organisation skills to manage a high-volume portfolio with a consistent outbound cadence.
