Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, maintain, and support OSG infrastructure operational policies, standards, best practices, procedures, tools, and projects.
  • •Provide timely incident/task/request responses to meet Service Level Agreements and monitor operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Work with internal clients, vendors/contractors, and project teams to identify, design, and support technical solutions and implement environment changes.
  • •Lead technical implementation plans and evaluate, select, and test hardware and software products.
  • •Maintain regulatory compliance under NERC/CIP guidelines, ensure high-quality security controls for critical SCADA systems, and provide 24x7 on-call support along with technical mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent years of relevant experience/certifications).
  • •7+ years’ experience working with infrastructure solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • •Strong networking knowledge, including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), routing/switching, and vxLAN/vPC/Spanning Tree concepts.
  • •Security and access control experience, including NAC, network security technologies, Network Access Control deployment, and authentication systems (RADIUS, TACACS+, SSO, LDAP).
  • •Cisco Nexus virtual switching experience and familiarity with SDN/load balancing, firewall technology, and scripting; SD-WAN/tunneling/encryption preferred.
