Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control inventory in warehouses and coordinate movements at 3PLs for import-export activities connected with UPS.
  • •Support logistics/shipping activities including customs clearance, invoicing, billing, and customer distribution.
  • •Ensure effective on-time physical distribution and keep records/reports with relevant warehouse documents, including authorization for returned goods.
  • •Perform accounting activities per GAAP and local regulations, including preparing and reconciling monthly costing reports.
  • •Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual tax reports, ensure adequate internal controls, and reconcile between local GAAP and US GAAP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
  • •Preferably 3–5 years of working experience in customer care with some logistics experience.
  • •Good command of English.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving skills and logical thinking under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • •Commercially minded, outcome oriented, self-motivated, and energetic with a sense of urgency.
