Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders using company technology, including tracking machine service intervals and ordering parts
  • •Diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective action using real-time data across makes/models
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders)
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and help train lower-level technicians as needed
