Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary cross-functional lead for bids/proposals across product lines and geographic regions.
  • •Manage the proposal lifecycle from kickoff through color reviews and management reviews, ensuring on-time, compliant deliverables.
  • •Drive cross-functional proposal teams to deliver high-quality submissions and respond to requests for information.
  • •Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, templates, and best practices.
  • •Support India GTM and customer engagements with briefing and presentation development, and assist meetings/demos/events as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and manage end-to-end international government and commercial proposals across Shield AI’s India business.
  • •2–4+ years of Government of India/Indian Ministry of Defence or international government proposal development or BD operations experience, or 3+ years working with Government of India or international government requirements.
  • •Strong technical writing and the ability to communicate complex, technical ideas effectively in writing and orally.
  • •Experience with proposal methodologies (e.g. Shipley), compliance matrices, and implementing project management tools and processes.
  • •Strong record of leadership and a proven ability to drive cross-functional, compliant submissions on schedule while managing competing priorities.
