Job Summary

Build and deploy custom AI agent workflows using V7 Go, running technical discovery, designing solutions, and leading POCs with Account Executives to close complex deals. Serve as the primary technical contact for accounts, handling LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and data pipeline work to deliver auditable, verifiable outputs. Manage up to 10 concurrent projects and feed customer insights back to product and engineering to accelerate enterprise adoption of agentic AI.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Run technical discovery, design solutions, and lead POCs with Account Executives to close deals, then own onboarding to reach first value.
•Build and implement workflows within V7 Go, combining prompt engineering, data pipelines, and integrations to solve document-processing problems.
•Act as the primary technical contact for accounts, handling complex challenges and identifying expansion opportunities as customers scale.
•Translate customer needs into an AI solution vision aligned to business value propositions.
•Manage up to 10 concurrent projects and feed customer insights back to product and engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering Large Language Model projects with customers, including LLM API integration and solutions design/architecture.
•Knowledge of foundation models and experience integrating different cloud providers.
•Experience with prompt engineering and/or measuring AI accuracy.
•Ability to develop and articulate an AI solution vision to technical and business stakeholders.
•Strong coding skills with Python.
