Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
  • •Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
  • •Identify customer prime contract flow-downs and obtain required terms attachments and/or modifications.
  • •Oversee supply chain management activities (Sourcing, Logistics, Production Control) to meet program requirements.
  • •Monitor performance metrics, develop risk/opportunity plans, and manage supplier new add/reactivation requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
  • •Experience managing supplier performance relative to financials, performance metrics, and/or contract compliance.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Experience in Material Forecasting, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Material Estimate at Complete (EAC), and/or Earned Value (EV).
  • •Experience managing cost and schedule for complex, high value programs.
