Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in budgeting for the department and provide required reports to the supervisor.
  • •Develop work systems and restoration programs for Dubai government scale and raise development notes to the direct supervisor.
  • •Conduct benchmarking studies on local, regional, and global restoration topics to inform policy and process improvements.
  • •Review, develop, and provide technical support on laws/regulations for restoration programs and provide periodic reports to the department head.
  • •As a team member, contribute to committees such as the artefacts evaluation team and provide technical input as directed by the restoration division head.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in conservation/restoration or engineering or archaeology from an accredited university;
  • •6-8 years of relevant practical experience.
