Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall global account strategy, relationship, and commercial performance for the snacking account.
  • •Lead execution of the 3–5 year Joint Business Plan, translating long-term goals into measurable priorities and outcomes.
  • •Drive growth and portfolio transformation by identifying opportunities across regions and products and building customer-specific value propositions.
  • •Own account commercial results including sales, growth, and margin targets; monitor performance and coordinate action plans to close gaps.
  • •Lead and develop the commercial team by coaching professionals, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability for delivering results.
