Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project development by identifying, tracking and pursuing project leads, assist with the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.
  • •First-hand experience analyzing supplier and spend data, communicating with suppliers, purchasing direct and/or indirect goods or services, and support of various projects like creating and implementing new processes.
  • •Facilitate invoice processing, daily reconciliation of transactions, and monthly close process (Accounting) and support budget tracking and management and perform spend analysis to generate useful insights (Finance).
  • •Liaison between management and team members in communicating matters related to scheduling and coordination of active construction and facilities projects.
  • •Conduct research on a wide range of business and legal issues. Support the deal-making process from start to finish, e.g., from structuring the business model to negotiating the contract.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed or pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • •Experience in engineering, logistics, construction, real estate, or business development.
  • •Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • •Ability to act urgently and communicate often and clearly.
  • •Superior organizational skills including excellent written and verbal communication.
