Project Manager, Federal Market

Lead and execute interdisciplinary Federal projects across the project lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, and budget from conceptual studies through design and construction administration. Serve as primary client contact and stakeholder liaison, coordinate internal and external project teams, and provide senior management updates on budget, deliverables, quality, and client relationship. Participate in proposal pursuits, including scope of work generation, project team and fee production, and review of contract terms.
