Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure pallets are intact and in good condition before use.
  • •Properly stack cases according to guidelines and arrange cases of eggs on skids.
  • •Verify correct labeling and attach labels as needed; segregate damaged cases for reworking.
  • •Adhere to USDA regulations, SQF, safety, biosecurity, and food defense programs while maintaining cleanliness and reporting hazards.
  • •Safely operate palletizing equipment (tape machine, pallet wrapper, pallet jack, pallet scale), perform basic maintenance, and report mechanical or quality issues.
  • •Identify and record pallet completion based on the daily production plan; wrap pallets per customer specifications.
  • •Address immediate issues within capability and fulfill additional tasks assigned by management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Basic math and reasoning skills.
  • •Prior experience as an egg grading machine operator is advantageous.
  • •Prior forklift training and certification preferred.
  • •Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays when applicable.
