Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations through omni-channel selling, clienteling, and efficient use of mobile POS and social selling tools. Build lasting client relationships, drive cross-selling and upselling, execute personal sales plans, and complete key retail tasks including inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and supporting inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Preferred: luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition skills.
