Job Summary

Lead internal communications and executive storytelling to ensure Agentic Service innovations are seen, understood, and celebrated across Salesforce and the market. Own a high-impact employee newsletter end-to-end, draft executive and all-hands messages, and manage leaders’ social content (primarily LinkedIn). Coordinate cross-org reviews with Creative, Marketing, PMM, and partners, while proactively surfacing stories of innovation, impact, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, write, and produce a regular employee newsletter, owning the full editorial process from calendar to sourcing to editing.
•Draft executive and leader communications, including internal messages, all-hands talking points, org announcements, and leadership updates.
•Own and manage social media content for senior leaders, primarily LinkedIn, translating strategy and milestones into posts.
•Coordinate cross-org communication workstreams and cross-functional partners, aligning timelines and review cycles.
•Proactively surface stories of innovation, impact, and people doing great work to increase visibility across Salesforce.

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of experience in internal communications, editorial, or executive communications with a strong portfolio across formats and audiences.
•Direct, hands-on experience owning and producing employee or organizational newsletters.
•Ability to write in multiple registers, from newsletter openers to leadership messages and LinkedIn posts.
•Experience drafting communications delivered by senior leaders, understanding tone, judgment, and what leaders need to communicate confidently.
•A deep curiosity about AI and enterprise technology; comfortable reading release notes, asking questions, and translating possibilities into weekly storytelling.
