Buy Sell Team Leader

Lead and develop the Buy-Sell sales team across the Mid-Atlantic Region, driving revenue, margin, and growth goals. Build strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key customers while monitoring market trends and competitive activity. Own regional sales strategy execution, coaching, performance management, and action plans based on metrics. Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams and support forecasting, budgeting, and territory planning, with regional travel as needed.
