Key Responsibilities

  • •Discover and diagnose operational improvement opportunities and support mapping Celonis into the customer’s tech stack.
  • •Build initial business cases and assist in business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities.
  • •Engage with project managers and middle management to build momentum, support change management, and contribute to Center of Excellence enablement programs.
  • •Assist in executing transformation programs using AI-driven project management workflows to track milestones and automate reporting.
  • •Support the end-to-end customer value journey, identify expansion opportunities, and provide feedback to product teams based on new use cases discovered.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant experience with foundational knowledge in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software.
  • •Foundational background in enterprise IT/SaaS/business software (e.g., SAP) and ability to use AI tools for technical outputs in collaboration with technical teams.
  • •Experience managing project milestones and delivering clear presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and a drive to become a value realization expert.
  • •Fluent English and Italian communication skills, plus foundational understanding of Finance/Supply Chain or related industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Consumer).
