Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and apply test center policies, practices, and procedures.
  • •Greet examinees, verify identification, and perform required security checks (including use of wands).
  • •Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
  • •Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency and report occurrences outside company guidelines.
  • •Maintain a secure environment and materials and safeguard the test center from misconduct (including digital fingerprint scanning if applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus.
