Key Responsibilities

  • •Track and manage QT invoices, as well as budget and forecast.
  • •Support month-end close, reconciliation, and coordinate with Fuel Accounting.
  • •Audit Into-Plane and M&O invoices, update Mapper, and track Transportation gain/loss, Transmix, and vendor reimbursements.
  • •Maintain and enhance fuel forecasting and financial models; assist with the yearly fuel admin budget process.
  • •Collect, collate, and analyze data using Tableau and Excel; provide monthly status updates and support station training and QT implementation.

Key Requirements
