Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Lead daily retail operations including opening/closing routines, cash handling, accurate POS management, replenishment, pricing/markdown execution, loyalty program growth, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Recruit, staff, and anticipate seasonal needs to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year.
  • •Drive performance metrics for sales, customer service, and product engagement while maintaining a retention-focused team culture.
  • •Ensure compliance with Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and related initiatives.
