Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new business and service the designated business portfolio.
  • •Perform client relationship activities in line with the Company’s shared goals and objectives.
  • •Assist in staff training, coaching and development to achieve Company’s shared goals and objectives.
  • •Perform other duties as directed and assigned by management.
  • •Maintain high standards of analytical, time management and client relationship skills to ensure successful servicing of marine & logistics insurance accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years working experience in insurance broking, with at least 3 years senior management level
  • •Experience in the marine & logistics insurance market
  • •Holder of professional qualifications such as ANZIIF and CII (advantage)
  • •Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
