Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, re-commission, and efficiently maintain I&C equipment and systems in the power plant.
  • •Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance repairs with minimum direction and supervision, including shift and on-call duties as required.
  • •Assess job scope and determine methods, procedures, tools, and equipment needed to complete work safely and effectively.
  • •Perform maintenance works in adherence with EHS standards and plant operating requirements to minimize workplace accidents and inquiries.
  • •Use SAP to withdraw spare parts and maintain records of all maintenance works completed, while monitoring repeated breakdowns and implementing resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in industrial instrumentation and/or electronic engineering.
  • •3 years’ experience (bachelor’s) or 5 years’ experience (diploma) in a similar role in a thermal power plant.
  • •Hands-on experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, waste heat boilers, and BOP equipment.
  • •Good working knowledge of instrumentation, electronics, electro-pneumatics, and PLCs.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, re-commission, and maintain I&C systems with strong interpersonal skills and English proficiency.
