Key Responsibilities

  • •Package and label bone-in ham products, including inkjet labeling and sticky label placement as product moves on a conveyer.
  • •Perform pre-pricing/label application by lifting items to a scale, applying scale-generated labels, and returning product to the line.
  • •Support production tasks including stripping casing/netting, racking/hang racking, boxing, and bagging at line speeds (PPM).
  • •Palletize finished boxes by removing from the conveyer and stacking on pallets using automatic pallet lift equipment.
  • •Handle product movement duties such as pushing/pulling metal racks and operating forklift/pallet jack activity in the area.
