•Lead the strategy, administration, communication, and continuous improvement of global benefits programs across regions.
•Drive AI-first and automation initiatives to improve benefits administration and employee self-service.
•Manage benefits renewals, annual enrollment, wellness initiatives, and vendor governance with brokers.
•Serve as the primary owner for global leaves of absence, including disability, parental leave, FMLA, and statutory leave programs.
•Partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and People Operations to ensure compliance and accurate benefits configuration within Workday.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,500 - 148,500 annually

•Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA) with exposure to international benefits compliance.
•Experience leading employee leave programs, including disability, parental, and statutory leave administration.
•Experience administering Workday Benefits and supporting benefits audits and regulatory reporting.
